Jonathan Addison
Partner
Jonathan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997. Having worked in larger practices he joined Collards in 2002, becoming a partner in 2006. During his career Jonathan has amassed a great deal of experience, from FD roles to corporate finance transactions. His range of work is diverse and covers all areas of general practice work.
Tom Brereton

We are pleased to announce that Tom Brereton has joined Collards as our newest partner. Tom brings with him a wealth of experience and a proven track record having worked for a firm of Chartered Accountants for 15 years and most recently running a practice for the past 3 years. We believe that Tom will add energy and enthusiasm to our Firm and further strengthen our client offering.
Julian Brigstocke
Partner
Julian entered the profession in 1985 and he now acts for an array of different sized businesses from start up through to maturity. He also has a large private client portfolio. Julian’s interests include sport (he was the Treasurer of Esher Rugby Club for too long!), restaurants, economics and spending time with his family.
Andrew Harker
Partner
Andrew has over 25 years’ experience working in practice and understands the numerous challenges facing clients today. He currently looks after a wide and diverse portfolio from sole traders to audits. Andrew specialises in the Charity and not for profit sector. Away from work Andrew is a keen runner and cyclist.
Lisa Swan
In her time with us, Lisa has completed both the Association of Accounting Technicians and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants examinations and is now one of our Senior Accountants. Lisa deals with all areas of accounting from day-to-day bookkeeping to the completion of year end accounts. She is an expert in many accounting packages, Xero being the now widely used system of which she is a certified advisor.
Anes Khan
Anes is a qualified accountant with over 20 years’ experience in accountancy, audit, tax and business leadership roles. He has worked with a wide range of clients, from sole traders to global businesses, and brings a practical, business-minded approach to his work. Outside of practice, Anes has run online retail businesses, giving him valuable insight into digital and tech-driven models. He also actively volunteers with charities including Humanity First and the Royal British Legion.
Laura Hallahan
Originally from Cork, Laura is a Chartered Accountant with many years’ experience having worked both in the UK and Ireland. Her knowledge spectrum is wide, dealing with all aspects in general practice from auditing global organisations to the looking after small entrepreneurships.
Mansha Ranka
Mansha wrapped up her ACCA exams and master’s by the age of 20 and is now gaining hands-on experience with clients while continually sharpening her accounting skills. Flexible and adaptable, she thrives in ever-changing environments. Off the clock, you’ll find her behind a camera, discovering her next food obsession, or simply enjoying some good music.
Jack Blackmore
Jack joined Collards in September 2024. He supports clients with bookkeeping, VAT returns, management accounts, and year end accounts. Jack is currently working towards his ACCA qualification. He takes pride in delivering accurate, reliable support to both clients and the team.

Justyna Warwas
Justyna works in our payroll department. Payroll being one of the most important services that we provide and Justyna is fastidious with the detail.
Ayshe Boniface
Ayshe has been working in payroll since 2018. She has gained invaluable experience liaising with clients and accurately processing the payrolls to tight deadlines. In her spare time Ayshe enjoys Latin style dancing , crocheting, comedy gigs and time with her family and friends.
Suvarchala Yadati
Suvarchala joined Collards in September 2023, bringing over 12 years of experience in accounts and bookkeeping. She is highly proficient in using Sage and Xero accounting software, and her expertise spans a broad range of financial operations. Suvarchala holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting from AAT (AATQB) and a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Mathematics and Sciences.
Emily Lomas
Emily is our Office Manager. Emily loves interacting with clients, and when she’s not busy organising the office, she spends her time assisting with client company secretarial matters. Outside of work, Emily is a keen netballer.
